Every family has their sets of daily habits, such as spending the Sunday afternoon taking a nap as a family or going grocery shopping. Similarly, many celebrities have their own sets of regular family habits. Let’s check them out
Julia Roberts
The movie-star tends to spend each Saturdays morning at the grocery store with her three children. She believes that it’s a great way for them to bond together as a family plus she finds this as a great way to teach her children on how to choose great organic food.
EX Couple Gwyn and Chris Martin
Gwyn regular family habits revolve around their diet, where she tends to keep her children and her ex-husband in a strict diet. Due to the diet she avoided feeding her family pasta, bread and rice. When asked about this habit in an interview in December she stated that as a mother she must protect her family and make sure they have good health and she even recommended other mothers to try out this diet. She says you can literally notice a difference in a few days.
Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck
They avoid using any types of extra electronic around their three children especially their cellphones. She started that, I try really hard to put my phone down [ever since] my daughter pretended to take something out of one of her little purses and was like, ‘I’ve got an email – hang on one second,’” Jen said. Ever since that particular incident she makes sure that electronic are used only for emergency and not as an entertainment.
