Finding a coffee company that truly cares about each step in the process of producing their coffee can be difficult. With three generations of coffee growers that exported to Europe prior to the Nicaraguan Civil War, the Fiallos sisters decided to revive the family business in Canada. Now, their roasted coffee beans—some sourced from their family farm—are becoming well known across Ontario.
Staying true to their heritage, Las Chicas del Café focuses its products on the genuine essence of coffee. With retailers all around Ontario and growers throughout Nicaragua, the owners have been able to merge both of their family heritage of being from Nicaragua and living in Canada. Their rich family history centered around coffee has been a major aspect of the brand's heart and continues to influence the company and its consumers daily.

CATURRA DARK ROAST
Starting with the Caturra Dark Roast, this blend gives a floral and nutty first taste. As you continue to drink it, a nice crisp cocoa flavour is brought forth that no one can resist. If you love deep flavours without an overt sweetness, this is the coffee for you.
Aromas: Earthy, floral, nutty, and smokey.
Flavours: Cocoa, acidity, light smooth, and crisp.
Strength level: 4
DON REY’S PRIVATE RESERVE - BREAKFAST ROAST
The Breakfast Roast is a great blend that provides a considerable amount of caffeine without overdoing it. With its citrusy and tangy flavours, and hint of caramel flavouring that adds some extra depth, this cup of coffee can be enjoyed at any time of the day.
Aromas: Citrusy, tangy, and acidic.
Flavours: Fruity, citrus, bit caramelly, and light-bodied.

QUINCEANERA BLEND
This personal favourite was created for Las Chicas del Café’s 15th-anniversary. The defined flavouring has such a complex taste that is perfect for every morning. With its caramel and nutty flavour, this cup of coffee has the perfect amount of sweetness and earth tones that can help any day start off splendidly right.
Aromas: Nutty, caramelly, and slight acidity.
Flavours: floral and smooth.

BOURBON - CITY ROAST
This smooth and delicious blend of floral flavours is a great option for anyone who loves sweet coffees. With hints of orange and cocoa, it is a morning favourite for anyone who enjoys the aroma that the coffee brings. Once you take a sip of this roast, it will be difficult to stop as the flavours are to die for.
Aromas: fruity, slight acidity, and cocoa.
Flavours: mild, sweet, very cocoa, and light.

"EL PATRON" ESPRESSO BLEND
This espresso is the perfect brew for giving you that extra kick that is needed in the morning. With its fruity and cocoa flavours, it adds a great complex taste to your daily espresso shots. “El Patron” is a great blend for making lattes and cappuccinos as the rich flavours do not require any added syrups.
