Neighborhoods
Dumbo
The neighborhood that showcases the city's most iconic views is Dumbo, located in Brooklyn. This waterfront neighborhood gives a breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline and the Brooklyn Bridge. With a small town feel in the big city, you can get the New York experience without the restless humming found in Manhattan. The neighborhood is also known for its great food with trendy cafés and restaurants. Lastly, Dumbo offers great shopping experiences for home décor, and small clothing boutiques.
Greenwich village
One of the most culturally infused neighborhoods in the city is Greenwich village. With its abundance of positivity and acceptance, it is the heart of New York. Buildings
The Vessel
New York is known for its abundance of buildings, but one of the most interesting ones is The Vessel. Though it is technically considered a structure with its creative shape and artistry, it is a must-see when visiting New York. Located in Hudson Yards you can walk to the top of the structure and view the inside, for a fee. However, it can always be experienced from the outside, without needing to pay for the workout. Additionally, nearby is The High line, where you can walk the elevated 2.3-kilometer-long linear park.
Time Square
Though it’s a very busy and a large tourist attraction, it is an experience that is incomparable to anything else. With its bright lights, and sense of life, here you truly feel a boost in emotion and a thrill for excitement. In addition to the overflow of euphoria you may feel, there are many places to be explored in this area. Numerous stores, restaurants, and theaters line the streets, such as the famous M&M store — which is the perfect stop for any chocolate lover.
New York City is a hub for life, and if you need a boost of positivity once the pandemic is over, this is the place to go. Filled with excitement and diversity, there is a place for everyone. Its ever-growing culture is something that nobody should miss; so, take your chance and visit New York City.
