Technology today has been completely taken over by the youth population. Cellphone companies such as Rogers and TELUS are swamped with parents buying their child the latest phone. The limit does not exist anymore when it comes to age. Children have become deprived from the world we live in. The use of text messaging has emerged into the new way of communicating with one another. Children are not expressing themselves face to face, but more so behind a screen. This is making us question the future for the younger generation. Social skills are a very important factor for individuals to succeed in life. As much as cellphones are absolutely wonderful for exchanging information, society should not forget the real world.
